Recipe Alert - Snacks and Smoothies

These recipes are Vegan, Gluten Free, and Dairy Free (Are you none of these things? You can still try them ya know!)
I’m no chef, but if I make something quick and easy and tastes good - I’ll share! These were inspired when I tried vegan food for a month but any of them can have substitutions for the things you like to eat.

Morning Smoothie
Ingredients
½ cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
½ cup of spinach
¼ cup frozen berries (fresh is fine too)
1 banana
¼ cup oats
2 scoops of Plant-based collagen protein powder (or any protein powder you use)
Directions Blend all ingredients - enjoy!

Avocado Crackers
Ingredients
½ avocado - mashed
¼ cup of cherry tomatoes - halved
8 crackers
Everything bagel seasoning
Directions
Cracker - then avocado, then tomatoes, then seasoning - yum!

Banana Snack
Ingredients
1 Banana
1 tbsp cacao nibs
2 tbsp nut butter (I used almond butter)
2 tbsp chopped nuts (I used walnuts) Agave nectar (optional)
Directions
Spread nut butter (heehee that always sounds dirty to me cuz I’m five!) onto banana
Sprinkle nibs and chopped nuts on top.
As an option, drizzle agave nectar on top for added sweetness.

Potato Wedges are Everything
Ingredients
1 potato, cut into wedges
2 tbsp vegetable Oil
Everything Bagel Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Coat potatoes with oil.
Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning
Bake 25 mins or until wedges are tender using fork test.
